The Taichung County and City Government merged to form a municipality directly under the Central Government of Taichung City on December 25, 1999.
The Taichung City Architects Association and Taichung County Architects Association established by the original province have been operating continuously for many years.
However, Taichung counties and cities were merged and restructured into a municipality directly under the Central Government.
It is a government administrative act that cooperates with the national land planning, and the content of Article 30 of the Architects Law is added.
Consultation and discussion to promote the merger of the two associations to form the Taichung Municipal Architects Association.
